The automated continuous filtration system uses activated charcoal with a large surface area and microscopic pores to effectively remove:
- Bone marrow pigments
- Residual odor compounds
- Unwanted organic molecules
This additional step results in a collagen powder that has a lighter, off-white appearance and improved taste and aroma. Please note that the protein and collagen content, quality, and composition remain unchanged—maintaining the same premium standard, now with enhanced sensory characteristics.
