Spinach and Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop Folona pea protein powder
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • ¼ cup ice cubes (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional).
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
