Protein Pack Overnight Oat
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Refrigeration time: 3 hours up to 5 days
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup reconstituted Folona Pea milk (4 scoops of Folona Pea milk powder and 1 cup hot water)
- 1 scoop Folona Bone Broth protein powder (or any protein powder of your choice)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- First, add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Stir until combined.
- Divide mixture into 3 jars with lids.
- Secure the lids on top. Place in fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours, up to 5 days.
- Finally, remove from fridge. Enjoy!
