Multigrain Bread

Prep Time: 15 mins Cook time: 50mins- 1hr
Ingredients:

Dry

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour,
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats,
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal,
  • 1 tbsp baking powder,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 cup Folona Collagen powder.

Wet 

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp water for 10 mins),
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until well combined.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't overmix!
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
