Easy Beef and Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Folona Bone Broth Powder
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup chopped spinach
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the beef broth, Folona Bone Broth Powder, peas, corn, and spinach.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
