Dairy Free Vanilla Mug Cake

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes 



  • ¼ cup +1 ½ teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash salt
  • 2 tablespoon vegan oil of choice 
  • 2 tablespoon Folona Pea Milk
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chocolate chips / fresh fruits for topping



  1. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a mug and stir together.
  2. Stir in water, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth, being sure to scrape the bottom of the mug. Stir in sprinkles.
  3. Cook in microwave for 70-90 seconds* (until cake is just set, but still barely shiny on top). Allow to rest in microwave for 1 minute before consuming.
