Creamy Keto Ham Soup


  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Folona Bone Broth Powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped celery, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they become fragrant and slightly softened.
  3. Stir in the diced ham and cauliflower florets. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  4. Sprinkle in the dried thyme and rosemary, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to evenly coat the ingredients.

  7. Using an immersion blender or regular blender, carefully puree the soup until it reaches your desired creamy consistency. Be cautious with hot liquids in a regular blender; blend in batches if necessary.
  8. Return the soup to the pot (if using a regular blender) and stir in the heavy cream. Allow it to heat through for another 3-4 minutes, but do not let it boil.
  9. Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
