Creamy Keto Blueberry Smoothie


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Folona Bone Broth Powder
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: a few drops of liquid stevia for added sweetness


1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, Folona Bone Broth Powder, full-fat coconut milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.
2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If desired, add a few drops of liquid stevia for additional sweetness and blend again.
3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness to your preference. If it's too thick, add more almond milk; if it's too thin, add more ice cubes or a bit of almond butter.
