Collagen Berry Smoothie Bowl

 

Prep time: 5-10mins 

Ingredients:

Smoothie Base:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  •  1 ripe banana, frozen
  •  1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  •  1 scoop collagen powder
  •  1/2 cup Pea Milk (or any milk of your choice)I used Folona Pea milk powder 
  •  1 tablespoon chia seeds
  •  1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  •  Ice cubes (optional)
Toppings:
  • Fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  •  sesame seeds, chia seeds, pumpkins seeds
  •  Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  •  dried fruits of your choice
  •  Drizzle of honey


Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, collagen powder, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more pea milk until you reach your desired consistency.

3. Add ice cubes if you want a colder and thicker smoothie bowl.

4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

5. Arrange fresh berries, granola, chopped nuts, and coconut flakes on top of the smoothie.

6. Finish off with a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness and flavor.
