Coconut Blackberry Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 banana, ripe
- 1/2 cup Folona Pea Milk
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- A squeeze of fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions
- If using fresh blackberries, rinse them thoroughly.
- Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.
