Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Folona Pea Milk 
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the Folona Pea Milk until the dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
  8. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
