Carrot-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup chopped carrots (peeled)
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped orange
  • 1/2 cup plain plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Folona Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup, to taste)
  • Pinch of ground ginger (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of carrots to your preference. For a more subtle carrot flavor, use ¾ cup.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use less water or add a frozen banana.
  • Don't have fresh pineapple? Use ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks.
  • For a creamier texture, add a scoop of plain yogurt or cottage cheese.
  • This smoothie can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but the flavor and texture are best enjoyed fresh.
