Carrot-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients :
- 1 cup chopped carrots (peeled)
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped orange
- 1/2 cup plain plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Folona Collagen Peptides
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup, to taste)
- Pinch of ground ginger (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
