Blueberry Spinach Muffin

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 scoops Folona Collagen
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Blend blueberries, spinach, collagen in a mixer.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract.
- Fold in blueberry-spinach mixture.
- Spoon into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 mins.
