Blueberry Cardamom Bone Broth Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 scoop Folona Bone Broth powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)


  1. Follow the instructions on the Folona Bone Broth powder packaging to prepare one serving of bone broth. Typically, you'll mix one scoop of the powder with hot water and stir until well dissolved. Allow it to cool down to room temperature before using it in the smoothie.
  2. Get the frozen blueberries, ripe banana, ground cardamom, prepared Folona Bone Broth, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes (if desired).
  3. In a blender, add the frozen blueberries, ripe banana, ground cardamom, and the prepared Folona Bone Broth. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup at this stage.
  4. Start blending at a low speed and gradually increase the speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If you want a thicker texture, you can add a few ice cubes and continue blending until well combined.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or cardamom flavor to your preference. Add more honey, cardamom, or any other ingredient as needed.
  6. Pour the Blueberry Cardamom Bone Broth Smoothie into a glass or jar. You can garnish it with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or a few fresh blueberries on top. Enjoy your nutrient-rich and delicious smoothie!
