Avocado Chocolate Pudding

  • 2 medium ripe avocados, pits removed
  • ½ cup reconstituted Folona Pea milK (3 scoops Folona Pea Milk Powder in ½ cup water)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup, or honey


  1. First, add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy. Scrape down the sides of blender with a spatula if needed.
  3. Taste to see if pudding needs more maple syrup.
  4. Finally, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
