Avo-Collagen Glow Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop Folona Collagen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana (frozen for extra thick)
  • 1/4 cup spinach

Instructions

1. Blend all together until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
